Mepivacaine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Sept 24, 2007. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with epidural anaesthesia and was treated with Mepivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, coma, myocardial ischaemia. Mepivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FENTANEST. Patient died on 03/01/2005.

Mepivacaine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 25, 2005. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 152.0 lb, was diagnosed with anaesthesia and was treated with Mepivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, coma, hypertension. Mepivacaine dosage: 60ML ONCE SUBCUTANEO. During the same period patient was treated with EPOGEN, METOPROLOL, HYDRALAZINE, LIPITOR, IMDUR, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
