Mepivacaine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Jan 31, 2006. Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with local anaesthesia and was treated with Mepivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, confusional state, dysarthria, unresponsive to verbal stimuli. Mepivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XYLOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
