Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with pain What is  pain and was treated with Meperidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: respiratory failure, serotonin syndrome. Meperidine dosage: 75MG IV BOLUS. Patient died on 08/15/2006.

Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
