Meperidine Side Effects Report #5055495-X
Meperidine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 17, 2006. Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 164.0 lb, was diagnosed with procedural pain and was treated with Meperidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest. Meperidine dosage: 75 MGIV Q3H PRN. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, LEVAQUIN, TORADOL, ZOFRAN, DILAUDID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
