Menotrophin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Mar 29, 2006. Female patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with ovulation induction and was treated with Menotrophin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abortion induced, ascites, heterotopic pregnancy, intestinal haemorrhage, ovarian enlargement, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, peritoneal haemorrhage, pleural effusion. Menotrophin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, ascites, ovarian cyst , ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pleural effusion, pulmonary oedema, respiratory arrest, respiratory failure. Menotrophin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CHORIONIC GONADOTRIPIN. Patient died.

Menotrophin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CHORIONIC GONADTROPIN, BUSERELIN. Patient died.

Menotrophin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLOMIPHENE CITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
