Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with intentional overdose and was treated with Memantine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration, atrioventricular block first degree, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, bradycardia, c-reactive protein increased, coma, intentional overdose, vomiting. Memantine dosage: 1000 MG ONCE PO. During the same period patient was treated with MELPERON, REMERON, VENLAFAXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
