Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 119.4 lb, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Memantine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal tenderness, arthritis , asthenia, back pain , blood calcium increased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased, blood magnesium increased, blood urea increased. Memantine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, OSTEOBIFLEX, PRINIVIL, ASPIRIN, LIDODERM PATCH, ARICEPT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
