After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolytic uraemic syndrome, pneumonia , renal failure, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Melphalan dosage: 140MGM2 SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with GEMTUZUMAB OZOGAMICIN, FLUDARABINE, TACROLIMUS, METHOTREXATE. Patient died.
