Melphalan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 04, 2005. Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Melphalan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, bacteraemia, cardiovascular deconditioning, clostridium colitis, cytomegalovirus infection , dehydration, depression , diarrhoea. Melphalan dosage: 200MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with THALIDOMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/28/2005.
