Male patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with t-cell type acute leukaemia and was treated with Melphalan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, blood amylase increased, lipase increased, pancreatitis, vomiting. Melphalan dosage: 140MGM2 SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIMETHOPRIM, FUROSEMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN, PREDNISOLONE, NEUPOGEN, ONDANSETRON, LISINOPRIL, LOPERAMIDE. Patient recovered.
