Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis , insomnia, analgesia and was treated with Meloxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Meloxicam dosage: 7.5 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient recovered.
