Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with spondyloarthropathy, colitis ulcerative and was treated with Meloxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, malaise, pyrexia, renal failure, tubulointerstitial nephritis. Meloxicam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SALOFALK. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 129.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Meloxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dehydration, fall , feeling cold, haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhage, loss of consciousness, malaise, melaena. Meloxicam dosage: 15 MG; AS NEEDED; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, ENALAPRIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, arthralgia, condition aggravated, fatigue, hyperkeratosis, malaise, myalgia, pericarditis. Meloxicam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, TERBINAFINE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, FAMOTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
