Meloxicam side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 19, 2005. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis , headache  and was treated with Meloxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, haematemesis, haemoglobin decreased, nausea . Meloxicam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Meloxicam dosage: 15 MG; AS NEEDED; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, ENALAPRIL, EFFEXOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
