Meloxicam side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 21, 2008. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with peripheral nerve lesion and was treated with Meloxicam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood disorder, cardiac disorder, dyspnoea, fatigue, international normalised ratio increased, joint swelling, oedema peripheral, weight increased. Meloxicam dosage: 15 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, WARFARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, treatment noncompliance, urticaria. Meloxicam dosage: 7.5 MG DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
