Mellaril side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Dec 03, 2008. Female patient was treated with Mellaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: long qt syndrome, torsade de pointes. Mellaril dosage: 100 MG, 2 TABLETS DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
