Mellaril side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 22, 2005. Female patient, weighting 350.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizophrenia, residual type and was treated with Mellaril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac disorder, electrocardiogram qt prolonged. Mellaril dosage: 100 MG QHS PO. Patient died on 06/09/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depressed level of consciousness, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, overdose, suicide attempt, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia. Mellaril dosage: 200 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Mellaril dosage: 200 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
