Melatonin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 20, 2005. Male patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with insomnia and was treated with Melatonin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: tongue disorder. Melatonin dosage: 1 MG HS. During the same period patient was treated with TRILEPTAL, MIRTAZAPINE. Patient recovered.
