Meiact side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Mar 16, 2009. Female patient, child 1 years of age, was diagnosed with otitis media and was treated with Meiact. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carnitine decreased, hypersomnia, hypoglycaemia, hypotonia, unresponsive to stimuli. Meiact dosage: 81 MG ORALLY. During the same period patient was treated with MEIACT MS FINE GRANULES, ANTIBIOTICS, AMBROXOL HYDROCHLORIDE, PROCATEROL HYDROCHLORIDE HYDRATE, CYPROHEPTADINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
