After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal insufficiency, androgen deficiency, candidiasis, erythema, full blood count decreased, haemoglobin decreased, heart rate increased, hypoalbuminaemia, hyponatraemia. Megestrol dosage: 600 MG; QD;. During the same period patient was treated with FLUCONAZOLE, TRIMETHOPRIM, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE, MORPHINE, METHOTREXATE, GEMCITABINE, DOXORUBICIN, IFOSFAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
