Megace side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 25, 2006. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with lung neoplasm malignant, weight decreased and was treated with Megace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood sodium decreased, cachexia, chest x-ray abnormal, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dyspnoea, emphysema, haemoglobin decreased, heart rate increased, respiratory distress. Megace dosage: 800MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXOL, ERBITUX, ADVOIR, COMBIVENT, OXYGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
