After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, activities of daily living impaired, areflexia, arthropathy, asthenia, burning sensation, dysstasia, hypoaesthesia, hypotonia. Mefloquine dosage: 1000 MG DAY 1, 500 MG DAY 2, PO. Patient recovered.
