After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , asthenia, depression , dry mouth, dysphoria, nausea , sleep disorder , treatment noncompliance. Mefloquine dosage: 250 MG/WEEK X 8 WEEKS (250 MG), PO. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
