Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Mefenamic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, gastric ulcer, gastritis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, loss of consciousness, malaise, mouth haemorrhage, syncope. Mefenamic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, CARVEDILOL, OMEPRAZOLE, EFFEXOR. Patient recovered.

Mefenamic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALEVE, ASPIRIN, TRANXILIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
