Mefenamic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 16, 2007. Male patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with pain What is  pain and was treated with Mefenamic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, malaise, pyrexia, renal disorder, swelling. Mefenamic dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Mefenamic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on July 24, 2003. Female patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with pyrexia and was treated with Mefenamic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, convulsion, coordination abnormal, delirium, encephalopathy, pyrexia, restlessness. Mefenamic dosage: 2 ML, TID. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC. Patient recovered.
