Mecobalamin Side Effects Report #5213962-X
Mecobalamin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Jan 09, 2007. Male patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with hypoaesthesia and was treated with Mecobalamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood glucose decreased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, hepatic function abnormal, hypoglycaemia, pyrexia. Mecobalamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GOSHAJINKIGAN, INSULIN, TROGLITAZONE, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
