Maxzide Side Effects Report #5130715-1
Maxzide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Oct 18, 2006. Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood sodium decreased, chest pain , fall , hallucination, mental status changes, rib fracture. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, AMBIEN, METOPROLOL, VICODIN, VESICARE, ZOCOR, XANAX, MAXALT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood osmolarity decreased, dizziness , headache , mental status changes, nausea , thirst, urine osmolarity increased. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
