Maxzide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 06, 2005. Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with weight control  and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration. Maxzide dosage: 50/75 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with PHENTERMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, diarrhoea, dizziness , malaise, nausea , pyelonephritis, respiratory alkalosis, urinary tract infection . Maxzide dosage: 37.5/25 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with COMPAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
