Maxzide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 15, 2005. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, dysphagia, hypoaesthesia. Maxzide dosage: 12.5 MG; QD; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Maxzide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 09, 2005. Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, arthralgia and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, blood cholesterol increased, cerebrovascular accident, chest pain What is  chest pain, dyspnoea, fibroma, headache What is  headache, transient ischaemic attack. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, VASOTEC RPD, CLONIDINE, TOPROL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
