and was treated with Maxzide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, angina unstable, depression
, dyspepsia, heart rate irregular. Maxzide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, LIPITOR, METOPROLOL, VIOXX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
