Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with febrile neutropenia, breast cancer , neutrophil count decreased and was treated with Maxipime. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: febrile neutropenia, haemoglobin decreased, interstitial lung disease, neutrophil count decreased. Maxipime dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENDOXAN, FARMORUBICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
