Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 153.4 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis What is  multiple sclerosis, muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pleural effusion. Marinol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, BACLOFEN, BECONASE, CLIMESSE, DIAZEPAM, OXYBUTYNIN, PROPRANOLOL. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis What is  multiple sclerosis, muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related complication, pleural effusion, transient ischaemic attack. Marinol dosage: DAILY ORAL: 2.5 MG-20 MG TITRATION. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, CARBAMAZEPINE, GABAPENTIN, GAMOLENIC ACID, NPH INSULIN, ASCORBIC ACID, OXYBUTYNIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
