, muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pleural effusion. Marinol dosage: unknown. , muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter related complication, pleural effusion, transient ischaemic attack. Marinol dosage: DAILY ORAL: 2.5 MG-20 MG TITRATION. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, CARBAMAZEPINE, GABAPENTIN, GAMOLENIC ACID, NPH INSULIN, ASCORBIC ACID, OXYBUTYNIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
