Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 196.2 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis , muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, haematuria, urinary tract infection , vomiting. Marinol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, EVENING PRIMROSE OIL, MOVICOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, TOLTERODINE TARTRATE, FLUOXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
