Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 280.0 lb, was diagnosed with nausea What is  nausea and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, disorientation, dyskinesia, foaming at mouth, hallucination, heart rate increased, muscle twitching, tremor. Marinol dosage: ONE 5 MG TABLET 3X DAY BEFORE MEAL PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
