After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, chest pain , cyclic vomiting syndrome. Marinol dosage: DAILY DOSE: 25 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with OPIODS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis , muscle spasticity and was treated with Marinol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dizziness , multiple sclerosis . Marinol dosage: 1 FORM BID ORAL DAILY DOSE: 2.5 TO 20 MG. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, COPROXAMOL, FLUOXETINE, GABAPENTIN, NAFTIDROFURYL OALATE, OXYBUTYNIN, RAMIPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
