Maraviroc and anaemia Patient Reports February 10, 2012

Maraviroc Side Effects Report #5637297-6
Maraviroc side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Feb 19, 2008. Male patient, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with hiv test positive  and was treated with Maraviroc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, metastatic bronchial carcinoma, mucosal inflammation, thrombocytopenia. Maraviroc dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PEMETREXED. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/12/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with TENOFOVIR, ATAZANAVIR, RITONAVIR, LAMIVUDINE, ALTACE, LASIX, METOPROLOL, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
