Maprotiline side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 31, 2004. Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Maprotiline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: conjunctival hyperaemia, corneal oedema, eye pain, flat anterior chamber of eye, intraocular pressure increased, iris atrophy, mydriasis, optic atrophy. Maprotiline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALPRAZOLAM, CLOTIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
