After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, hypertension. Macugen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SOTALOL, METHIMAZOLE, MAGNESIUM, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CALCIUM, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, OCUVITA. Patient died on 08/01/2005.
