Macrodantin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 13, 2008. Female patient, weighting 149.5 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrodantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myalgia, nausea , pulmonary embolism . Macrodantin dosage: 100MG TWICE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOSAMINE, VIT C. Patient died on 02/01/2005.
