After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, biopsy liver abnormal, chronic hepatitis, dyspnoea, hepatic fibrosis, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis acute, hepatotoxicity. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, ATACAND, ALLEGRA, FLONASE, ALLOPURINOL, NEXIUM, ZOCOR, ZETIA. Patient recovered.
