Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 78.93 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrodantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fatigue, oral intake reduced, pulmonary fibrosis , renal impairment, shock, weight decreased. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, AZATHIOPRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
