Macrodantin side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 27, 2005. Female patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrodantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, blister, caesarean section, cervix disorder, erythema multiforme, foetal heart rate decreased, haemorrhage. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Macrodantin side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on July 28, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with cystitis and was treated with Macrodantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, body temperature fluctuation, chills, diarrhoea, dysentery, erythema multiforme, feeling hot and cold, haematemesis, hallucination. Macrodantin dosage: 100 MG, 4/DAY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DILANTIN, VITAMIN D, CARTIA, ISOPTIN, FOSAMAX, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
