Macrodantin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on May 14, 2007. Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 78.93 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrodantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fatigue, oral intake reduced, pulmonary fibrosis , renal impairment, shock, weight decreased. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZESTRIL, AZATHIOPRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
