After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, antinuclear antibody positive, arthralgia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, fall , fatigue, globulins increased, liver function test abnormal, liver injury. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, autoimmune hepatitis, chills, dysphonia, dyspnoea, hepatomegaly, hyperhidrosis, injection site rash, muscle spasms. Macrodantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBREX, PLAQUENIL. Patient recovered.
