Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrobid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary fibrosis . Macrobid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/04/2008.
