Macrobid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 29, 2008. Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 165.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrobid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: back pain , chest pain , chills, cough, gastric disorder, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hypophagia, influenza, malaise. Macrobid dosage: 100MG 2X PO. Patient recovered.

Macrobid side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 10, 2003. Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 180.8 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Macrobid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acne , asthenia, asthma , back pain , bile duct stenosis, blood pressure decreased, clostridium colitis, coital bleeding, cough. Macrobid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLEGRA, LEVAQUIN, FLONASE, LIPITOR, ZOCOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
