Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Macrobid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, atrial fibrillation , cerebrovascular accident, clostridial infection, condition aggravated, dementia , renal impairment. Macrobid dosage: 100 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood pressure fluctuation, ear pain, headache . Macrobid dosage: 100 MG TWICE DAILY FOR SEVEN DAYS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, DIOVAN, LUTEIN, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
