Mabcampath Side Effects Report #6099472-9
Mabcampath side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRIA on Feb 17, 2009. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Mabcampath. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, cytomegalovirus infection , pancytopenia. Mabcampath dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/20/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic lymphocytic leukaemia transformation, diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, febrile neutropenia, pancytopenia, pneumonia . After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, bronchiectasis, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, chest pain , eczema , febrile neutropenia, lymphadenopathy mediastinal, pancytopenia, rash erythematous. Mabcampath dosage: 30 MG; SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARA, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, AUGMENTIN, BACTRIM, VALACYCLOVIR, PENTACARINAT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis exfoliative, graft versus host disease, human herpes virus 6 serology positive, pancytopenia, sicca syndrome. Mabcampath dosage: 3/10/30MG, INTRAVENOUS; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.
