Mabcampath side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Dec 04, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia recurrent and was treated with Mabcampath. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphthous stomatitis, leukopenia, migraine , neutropenia, visual acuity reduced. Mabcampath dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Mabcampath. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute hepatic failure, cardiac failure congestive, cd4 lymphocytes decreased, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia transformation, cytomegalovirus infection , leukopenia, lymphopenia, neutropenia, renal failure. Mabcampath dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUDARA, ENDOXAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/11/2008.
