Lytos side effect was reported by a Physician from on Dec 13, 2004. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma , pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Lytos. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone disorder, fracture , hypoaesthesia, jaw operation, osteitis, osteolysis, osteonecrosis , pain in jaw, pulmonary embolism . Lytos dosage: 520 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, MELPHALAN, THALIDOMIDE, PREVISCAN. Patient recovered.
