Lytos side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on May 16, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was treated with Lytos. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone disorder, impaired healing, tooth extraction. Lytos dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOMETA. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 147.7 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma , pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Lytos. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone disorder, fracture , hypoaesthesia, jaw operation, osteitis, osteolysis, osteonecrosis , pain in jaw, pulmonary embolism . Lytos dosage: 520 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, MELPHALAN, THALIDOMIDE, PREVISCAN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apical granuloma, bone disorder, gingivitis, osteitis, osteolysis, osteonecrosis , osteosclerosis, pain in jaw, sinus headache. Lytos dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, AREDIA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
